Ok, so this would be tough, and definitely a not-for-profit type venture, but I would love to see a digg.com type site for Christian sermons/blogs. This idea started from a post by Guy Kawasaki, on the sermon 'Jesus and your Job.' It was a great sermon, definitely worth listening too.
I want a site were users can link to their preacher's podcasts, tell what the preacher was saying, display bible versus used for the sermon, rate the sermon etc. etc. etc. If you build it, I will come.
In the same fashion as Guy, I would like to share the most recent sermon at Illuminate at Overlake Christian Church in Redmond, WA. Mike Howerton, the leader of Illuminate, a service where 'we don't take ourselves to seriously, but we take God seriously,' speaks about the foundation of Illuminate (which turned 2 that day), and where he thinks Christ's Church should be going in the future. Worth listening to.

there is this thing called RaiseThisUp [www.raisethisup.com] which is very similar, i think started by the guys at Adventures in Missions [www.adventures.org]

I think http://www.sermoncloud.com/ fits your description for tags on sermons, plus they provide free hosting, RSS feeds, and more. For Christian blogs, you can see the newly revamped http://www.blogs4god.com/ for a semi-definitive aggregation of Christians who blog
